At Express Ball Screw Repair & Engineering, we do not rely on international designations, the finest equipment, or the most accurate measuring tools to provide a satisfactory product. Instead, we base our work ethic on experience and good old fashioned craftsmanship.

"Talk is cheap" goes hand in hand with the promise of quality. There are many companies that operate without being ISO 9000 certified, and can produce an inferior product, but then there are those with the finest measuring tools and testing equipment that have issues with reliability; this is caused by an unmotivated workforce, and the lack of skills needed to produce a high quality product.

Each rebuilt precision ball screw unit is not only measured for accuracy, but our ball screws are rebuilt with super fine surface refinishes and quality components for a long life. They are individually preloaded to give the highest possible positioning accuracy and are guaranteed to look and perform better, or as they did brand new.

It is not in our best interest to do re-works, so it is imperative that we get it right the first time. To make sure this happens, every unit goes through a "man test" and a reconditioned ball screw is not shipped out unless we are happy with the overall outcome.
